Shipping Policy

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-5 days for your order to be shipped to you. Some items may be shipped the same day, depending on availability. All packages come via USPS and are shipped Monday through Friday.

During the holidays, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Holiday orders are shipped 1 business day after your order has been processed.

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service for further information regarding your order (1-800-275-8777).

If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not except returns.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via honeychildbodyproducts@gmail.com and include photo/video within 5 days and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you.

If Honey Child Body Products is the cause of an issue occurring with your order, we will work with you to find a solution!

Shipping during summer months

Our Body scrubs/lip balms contain Shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, and/or coconut oil which range in melting points between 76 degrees to 101 degrees. This low melting point makes it easy for these products to melt during shipping.

All body scrubs/lip balms are delivered with a cooling gel pack to maintain temperature. Although we take precautions to prevent product melt, if your body butter becomes liquified, you can simply set your butter in a cool dry place, or a refrigerator and it will become solid again.

We highly recommend that you do not allow these items to sit outside, so check your tracking information daily. Product items should be taken indoors upon delivery.
